A: If your official GRE Quantitative Reasoning score or Verbal score did not increase by at least 6 points (if your starting score was under 156) or did not equal or exceed 162 (if your starting score was 156 or higher) and you meet other eligibility requirements, we will refund your tuition less the fee for course materials (as reflected in your invoice) that we shipped to you and shipping charges. A: If you enrolled in your classroom course on or after August 1 st , 2020, you can cancel your enrollment all the way up to the start of your program for a full tuition refund. No refunds will be given after the start of your program, and shipping costs will not be refunded. All materials must be unused and returned for a full tuition refund.
