Career Experience
I have recently completed my 14th year as an English educator. I have taught Levels 9-12, but feel very comfortable instructing Grades 7-8 as well. I have a passion for teaching as evidenced through my delivery and desire to assist students. Although I have served in other roles, such as curriculum ambassador, mentor teacher, alternate school testing coordinator, and a few others, being a classroom educator is what I love the most.
I Love Tutoring Because
it provides the one-on-one personalized instruction that most students do not receive in a typical classroom setting. Tutoring provides the opportunity for students to really be themselves and be comfortable admitting to what they do not know and what they would like assistance in improving upon. This is the real time for student growth and success.
