Career Experience
During my time at college, I completed several field experiences, tutored a student in a reading clinic for a semester, and completed my student teaching semester. Since graduating I have completed a number of substituting assignments including a few long term assignments. I found my love for banking but use my education degree everyday, as I help those around me learn more and help instruct new employees with policies and procedures. I also coached a team of high school students for several years, so I have a wide variety of age experience.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love seeing kids learn and become smarter. They also become more independent when they learn they can do tough things! Learning enables a student to ask more questions and keep learning throughout their life, becoming smarter and stronger by the day. That "light bulb" moment is my favorite when something clicks for a student. That's my ultimate goal.
