Unfortunately the original tutor had to leave after 30 minutes, and then I was transferred. So I spent most of 60 minutes explaining how I got to the answers I had, instead of solving the questions I needed to solve. However, once Andreas was caught up he was excellent

I love Andreas so much!! I had been working on a problem for almost two hours and was so scared to get it wrong again. The last tutor has confused me even more on what I was supposed to do. I was feeling so stuck and frustrated with how much time it felt like I had wasted. Then I got on call with Andreas. He had such a warm glow,exactly what I needed. He was so encouraging and finally explained the parts of the problem that no one else had. He listened and understood how tired I was and assured me that he would do his best to help. He was funny, patient, helpful, and he did the scratch work right along with me. We compared answers, and he clarified anything I got wrong. By the end, it felt like he was just as invested in solving this problem as I was. When we nervously put in the answer together, it felt soooo amazing to have completed the problem and to have someone to celebrate with. We were both so happy and relieved to have finally gotten it right. I was so happy I started crying. I had been working on this problem for so long. It meant the world to me to have met Andreas today. He was absolutely perfect! He was so kind in all of his explanations, never getting frustrated or rushing me. He was such a comfort. Thank You So Much Andreas. I couldn't have done it without you♡
