Career Experience

I have been an elementary school teacher in public schools for 22 years. My experience includes teaching math, English language arts, science, and social studies in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, physical education/health, and literacy resource teacher. My goal as a teacher is to personalize instruction in a way that makes learning meaningful.

I Love Tutoring Because

helping students one-on-one or in small groups allows me to offer undivided attention to the person and the skill that needs to be strengthened. In that setting, I can focus on using a student's strengths to help fill in any areas of deficit.

She was patient she was amazing and she took time to understand my question she was like on like really understanding and was listening and like was like showing you right from wrong and like if I got the answer wrong she would say like not really this answer trying to see how it looks and like she was helping me and I wish that she was my teacher
