Career Experience

I have been teaching college mathematics since 2007. Subjects include trigonometry, calculus, statistics and linear algebra. Before transitioning to higher education, I was a high school math instructor and school administrator from 1987 to 2007.

I Love Tutoring Because

sometimes students just need a little boost while working on a problem. I love to hear the excitement in a student's voice, or see it in their chat/text, when the student catches on.

ADDED TO FAVORITES! This tutor was absolutely AMAZING! I did not know how to determine the mean, median, and mode when give this particular graph but this tutor definitely did. By rotating the graph to make it more understandable and showing me similar examples, I (though admittedly it took me a while) finally figured it out! I recommend this tutor to others - definitely a keeper! (imagine thumb and firework emoji here :D)
