Very encouraging. He constantly asked me how I would go about solving a problem and then we would work through it the way I would. If it was wrong, he would tell me exactly where I went wrong and show me the correct way to solve it. When I did problems on my own and got them correct, he praised me. If I got them wrong, he would ask me to walk him through how I got the answer and where I made a mistake, he would very kindly point it out and work through it with me. He taught me new techniques and methods to use that would make it easier to do the work.

PHENOMENAL! This is the only person in months that has genuinely stepped out of their comfort zone to help me with a subject that they aren't even 100% qualified at.
