I Love Tutoring Because
I enjoy being able to continue working with students now that I'm no longer in a formal classroom. The best moment is when I can see that it finally "clicks" and they get so excited to have mastered the skill.

I didn't quite have enough time to read the chat instructions on how to open the video/voice part of the session before they disappeared, so I did feel a moment of panic as I located where the slider bars were. However, it was self-explanatory, so I was able to find what I needed to do.

Denise was helpful, quick, and professional. However, I began my CCI search at around 9am and did not enter an actual interview till 11am despite the interviews opening at 8am. While I am excited to move forward and hopefully secure a tutoring position, this is quite unseemly, and I hope to see it fixed in the future.

At the begining of the session the sound made from the first messages was not very loud and I almost missed the session because after 45 minutes of waiting I began trying to troubleshoot if there was a problem on my end or if I could make a schedule and while looking into that the tutor/proctor entered and began and almost left! For reference, I have my volume turned all the way up and the sound made by the chat was just a very small clicking noise.
