I have helped my brother and neighborhood children with science and history courses. They had issues with the content before, and I was able to help them succeed in understanding it, which helped them do better in school. I have also helped my peers in school and university understand subjects that we were learning whenever I understood something and they didn't.
I Love Tutoring Because
...it lets me help students find the same level of interest in the subject that I have. I enjoy seeing students understand something they weren't able to. When I explain it to them, they have the "oh, I see" moment. Tutoring also allows me to make sure that I can spend enough time to ensure that a student knows the information before I move on to other content. It allows me to help students succeed, and I appreciate that.
