While gaining my certification, I student-taught at an elementary school and worked as a full-time paraprofessional in a special education classroom. I have experience teaching art, math, language arts, social science, and science.
I Love Tutoring Because
I want to help children reach their highest potential. While some children learn very quickly, others need someone to take time to work one on one with them to master a subject/topic. As a young child, I struggled with certain subjects like language arts. With the continual help of a teacher, I was able to overcome my struggles at an early age and move on to graduating college with straight A's. With tutoring, I hope to help other children reach their potential, just like my teacher helped me.
