Career Experience
I served as a teaching fellow for two summers in a row, where I taught several classes each day in English, history, and theatre. During my time in university, I became a teaching assistant for an honors course called Creative Non-Fiction: Personal Essays, where for three consecutive semesters I workshopped stories with international college students each week over zoom to enhance their writing abilities and unleash the storyteller within. I was also a marketing assistant for my university where I led social media, curated graphics, promoted events, and wrote newsworthy articles to publish on my university's news site.
I Love Tutoring Because
tutoring is a rewarding process where I get to put my knowledge to use. There is nothing better than knowing that after every session students will go on to become more critical thinkers, better readers and writers, and more compassionate, well-rounded people.
