Hello -- my name is Jeff, and I have spent over a decade working in education as both a teacher (English, AP Language + Composition, Technical Writing, Civics) and as a school administrator (Director of Learning). I also work with a non-profit organization that specializes in building youth confidence through radio and digital media production.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love tutoring because of the joy it brings me to see students discover creative solutions to the challenges they bring. In addition to guiding the growth of new skills, I enjoy the process of helping students learn to access (and make connections to) the tremendous amount of knowledge that they already possess.
