Kathy has always been one of my favorite people to work with as she is kind and patient when working through challenging topics. She was able to teach an entire section in one tutoring session that I was struggling with. This is my first time using this service I really am thankful that it is offered but there can be major improvements. There wasn't a feature to talk directly to my tutor. She said not everyone has that feature I am a person who learns differently and I would have appreciated to be able to do a zoom call type session so I could ask more questions and be more specific its difficult because I am looking at whiteboard then writing notes in my notebook then having to type too. There is a disconnect in communication. Also although my tutor is extremely smart and I appreciate her help her writing was hard to read and I didn't want to offend her so I couldn't understand the steps.Im also confused on the hours it says we have 10 hours does that mean a 10 hours a class or overall? This would be much better if we were able to communicate better so that we can take proper notes and ask questions much more precise. I did like the fast response I got for help and I plan to utilize my 10 hours. I appreciate this being an option 24 hours as well.

I am sober and was seriouly about to drink becasue I was so stressed but they helped me figure it out. My sobriety thanks you.
