I spent four years as a full-time reporter in Utah, then worked as a horseback riding instructor while living in Virginia. I enjoyed working in my college's English Department tutoring program and helping other students with any aspects of their essays that needed attention, and I look forward to working for Tutor.com as an opportunity to expand my professional tutoring and teaching skills.

I Love Tutoring Because

I enjoy working with others in one-on-one settings, particularly when it comes to discussing essays and how to strengthen an argument or clarify a point. It's always rewarding when I can help someone reach an "aha!" moment. I spent lots of time working with fellow students while earning my degree and appreciated the opportunities to converse and brainstorm on a wide variety of topics.
