I feel like I gave the tutor step by step on the link and where to find the other link on snhu webpage but they said they didn't see it. I gave them the step by step so that i can get help with confirming if i could use the citation. The link is originally on snhu website and if you scroll down it shows the other link to a primary source for my paper that I will be using and the tutor didn't follow directions and couldn't find it so they could know what i was talking about. I had to share my screen. This is the first tutor that didn't meet my expectations fully.
