Career Experience

My experience in tutoring involves personal sessions with friends and family, helping children with homework through a local tutoring program, and teaching courses at my local library and craft store. I also have writing experience, writing newsletters and emails for a nonprofit company as well as through writing my own novel.

I Love Tutoring Because

I enjoy helping students reach a point of confidence and understanding in their work. Not every student learns the same way, and part of the enjoyment I get from tutoring comes from discovering how to help a student navigate their work and expand on their own ideas.
