The first tutor had to leave because it was the end of his shift. Is it possible to not have them take people, time is wasted while waiting to connect to someone else. Once that person logs on you have to repeat yourself about what you need help with. The person got kicked out due to system issues. There was a bit of time wasted. Third person was helpful.
