I absolutely love this feature and strongly suggest other students to use it. I had to use it for a assignment and never thought it would actually help before but it does. I did have one problem with the instructor I had she was amazing and helped me a lot but she spent all the time going over my thesis and we had no time left for my other question. My instructor asked that I ask two questions and I did but in the hour, we had my tutor never moved on to the next question.
