I thought It took a really long time for the tutor to understand my problem, but she was helpful and eventually I completely understood the problem. She made a mistake when I gave an answer that was right, but she said I was wrong. It was okay though she acknowledged her mistake and apologized.

Rano was really great at explaining the problems! It would of been better if I could also connect to the audio, but after I turned it off it would not let me turn it on without refreshing the screen. Rano kept breaking up so that was less-than-good and our session was cut short by that. I would definitely recommend Rano! Thank you!
