My son gets confused easily so when the tutor got confused andcorrected here explanation twice, it made it harder for him. Also the one specific question he asked- saying he was having trouble graphing with the equations that have fractions, the tutor appeared to ignore this question.

The audio session needs to have a solid connection and for any time to be spent messing with settings or troubleshooting is really not an efficient use of anyones time. However that being said it is an awesome service at a reasonable price point. Shawn is a great tutor and understands the necessity to explaining a more macro view step by step. very helpful!
