I currently work for a large company as a human resources business partner, and previously worked as a corporate trainer. As a corporate trainer, I customized my training approach to each learner to achieve learning progress, skill attainment, and knowledge retention. In college, I had the pleasure of tutoring students who were learning English as a second language, which provided me the opportunity to develop various teaching methods that can be tailored to the individual second-language learner.
