Career Experience
I worked as the writer/director for a youth drama group, where I wrote the plays the group performed, a Sunday school teacher, which was my first teaching experience, and a church secretary, which allowed me to gain greater experience writing on a professional level. Currently, I am working on my first novel.
I Love Tutoring Because
I have always enjoyed learning new things, and I especially enjoy that “light bulb” moment when an idea or a concept finally makes sense. I love tutoring because it means having the chance to help others learn and gain new understanding. And, as a writer and English major, I'm excited to have the opportunity to help others find new ways to express themselves and tell their own stories.
