Directions:
FOR THE CARAMELIZED MUSHROOM TOPPING: In a large bowl, add canola oil, mushrooms, salt, and black pepper; toss well. In a preheated 350F oven roast mushrooms until well caramelized, chop and reserve.
FOR THE PATTIES: In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add canola oil, onions and salt; sauté until well caramelized. In a bowl, add caramelized mushrooms, onions, garlic, cilantro, carrots, ground pork, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper, and crushed red peppers; mix well and form into patties. In the large sauté pan over med-high, add patties and sauté until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and exterior is well caramelized. Top the slider roll with sausage patty, caramelized onions, and guacamole.
