On May 18, 2012, we spun out from our parent company and took The Princeton Review name with us. We are now a privately-held company officially named TPR Education, LLC, but doing business as The Princeton Review. As for the past 30 years, our business mission remains dedicated to helping college and graduate school-bound students achieve their higher education goals.
Our publicly-held former parent company changed its name upon the sale of our division, and is no longer called The Princeton Review, Inc. Their new name is Education Holdings 1, Inc. You can find information about them by calling (508) 663-5080.
