• By checking this box, I consent to the processing of sensitive data (which is defined in the Colorado Privacy Act and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and includes racial or ethnic origin and citizenship or immigration status as well as other sensitive data that I may choose to provide to TPR Education, LLC d/b/a The Princeton Review (“TPR”)) about me by TPR as part of the college or medical school admissions counseling services that I am purchasing from TPR.

• By checking this box, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month and you will be charged $39.99, $79.99, $114.99, $179.99, or $339.99 depending on your initial selection per month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling 1-888-251-4979 or by clicking “Cancel your monthly plan” on your Account Settings page.
