Promotion Timing:
The Princeton Review Grad Blitz (the “Giveaway”) begins at and ends (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age and older, currently enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university in the 50 United States, D.C., or Puerto Rico. Employees of TPR Education, LLC (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Sponsor, “Promotion Partners”) and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

How To Enter:
There are two methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Anyone found to use multiple mobile numbers, accounts and/or identities to enter will be ineligible for the Giveaway. Entrants may be required to provide the following personal information in order to be eligible for Giveaway prizes: first and last name, email address and mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), and phone number (including area code).
Mobile SMS Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, text 2016Giveaway to 877877 from your wireless phone, and then follow the prompts to complete the information requested.
Important Notice for Text Messaging Method: Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive per your rate plan. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your plan. You must be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.
Alternate Entry Method:
During the Promotion Period, either 1) obtain and complete a prospect card and return it to the The Princeton Review table at your college or university, if available at your school, or 2) send an email to NationalMarketing@Review.com which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number, undergraduate school and the subject line “Graduate Blitz Sweepstakes” (“Email Entries”). Prospect cards and Email Entries must be received by to be entered in the Giveaway. Illegible, late, lost, incomplete or garbled entries are not eligible.

Random Drawing
One winner will be selected in a random drawing within a reasonably prompt time after the termination of the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by email (the email the student provided with their entry).

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
There will be one winner. The winner will receive one The Princeton Review GRE, GMAT, MCAT or LSAT Ultimate Prep Course (approximate retail value between $999 and $2,399). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. If the winner purchased a GRE, GMAT, MCAT or LSAT Test Prep Course (tutoring programs not eligible) from The Princeton Review during the Promotion Period, he/she can choose to substitute the prize for a check for the exact amount he/she paid for the course up to $2,399, in Sponsor's sole discretion (and he/she will need to provide documentation of course fee paid/receipt of payment for course during Promotion Period). All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the individual winner and winner will be required to provide his/her social security number to be used for tax purposes. Winner is advised to consult with their accountant, lawyer or other financial adviser to ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and any other state or local tax laws. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize is not available for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize not specified herein as being awarded.

Winner Notification:
Any potential winner is subject to eligibility verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a winner, unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified. A potential winner will be required to submit a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Form and, where legal, a Publicity Release and Release of Liability within ten (10) days of notification attempt. If a potential winner of a prize cannot be contacted using the information provided or fails to respond to Sponsor's attempt to notify them of selection within five (5) business days; if any notification is returned as undeliverable or yields an error or undeliverable type “bounce back” email (regardless of if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient); if the potential winner fails to sign and return any required documentation or fails to comply with these Official Rules; if any prize is returned as undeliverable; if a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated; or if the potential winner cannot be verified as eligible for any other reason, the potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize and an alternate will be selected repeating the foregoing process with a randomly selected potential winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries until the prize is awarded or until four (4) attempts have been made to award the prize and each attempt has failed.

General Conditions:
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, and release and hold harmless the Sponsor and any Promotion Partners and its and their directors, officers, employees and assigns from and against any liability, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages of any kind, injuries, death, property damage, costs and expenses, arising from, resulting from or in connection with the Giveaway, the participation in the Giveaway, or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. By entering into the Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use the entrant's name, likeness, voice, statements and biographical information for advertising, promotion and other marketing purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or illegible entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotion materials or these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or phone line failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor, and select the winner for the affected drawing from among all eligible entries timely received for such affected drawing online prior to cancellation and all eligible Field Office entries and Event entries timely submitted. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway and/or accepting any prize, entrants agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Middlesex County, MA;, and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to the choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than as stated.
