Career Experience
I have experience using both in-person and online academic sources and materials from K-5, through middle school, and high school, as well as college settings. I have had the pleasure to work in various classroom settings, getting to help develop lesson plans and work in small groups, large groups, and with various ages of students. Job shadowed a teacher for a good part of a year working directly alongside the instructor. Also worked on a community tennis camp, helping various people learn about and how to play the amazing sport as well as how to build healthy and beneficial habits.
I Love Tutoring Because
it is an amazing way to help teach and assist others with their education. Combine this with the opportunity to help develop others' skills in certain fields, and overall, this is a rewarding job in which a tutor helps people grow, learn, and build momentum in their academic studies. This is also rewarding in that one can share their knowledge and passion for certain subjects and potentially inspire others to find their areas of interest.
