Applicants must have or be eligible to receive their Bachelor’s degree prior to admission from a university recognized by the University of Manitoba. Applicants must have completed a full course of Biochemistry equivalent to that offered at University of Manitoba and received a grade of C or higher. Two full courses in Humanities/Social Sciences are also required. The MCAT is required and should be taken within the past three years but no later than August of the year of application. Students usually prepare for the MCAT by taking university courses in Physics, Organic and Physical Chemistry, and Biology.
